Filing a Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice including (a) your signature, (b) the material removed and where it appeared, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and (d) your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in California.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

False Claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
